Jessica Padilla is a professional makeup artist working in Film, TV, Theater, Editorial, and Commercial Shoots and is a proud I.A.T.S.E Local 798 union member. Coming to makeup as a performer herself, Jessica has a flair for theatrical and time period specific creations, and can also execute the basics of beautiful skin and clean beauty. She has a passion for her work and a curiosity to keep learning, which leads to an in depth understanding of the makeup industry and the specialized skills necessary for jobs in many different arenas.
Jessica does make-up for fashion week in New York, Milan, and Paris and assists world-renowned artists. Career highlights include “Wonder Woman 1984,” “Fosse/Verdon” (FX), “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” (Netflix), “The Good Fight” (CBS), “POSE” (HBO), and Cirque de Soleil’s premier Broadway production “Paramour”.
oJessica currently freelances throughout NYC, and has taught “Basic Business for Makeup Artists,” and “What Vintage is This?” a class series focusing on the makeup of specific time periods to students from around the world and as a guest lecturer at Paris Institute for Critical Thinking.”
